Guests traveling to Route 66 Raceway should plan ahead due to ongoing I-80 construction in Joliet. As part of a long-term Illinois Department of Transportation project, several ramps at the I-80 and Chicago Street/U.S. 52/Illinois 53 interchange are closed. Additional lane shifts, overnight lane closures and traffic delays may also occur throughout the project area.
Fans should allow extra travel time, pay close attention to posted signs and follow official detour routes when traveling to and from the event. For closure diagrams, detour maps and the latest project updates, visit the official IDOT I-80 project website.

NHRA has announced an exciting and landmark step forward for the company with the launch of PlayNHRA, an innovative new initiative that will provide fans opportunities to engage in fantasy games, gaming, and betting for NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series events.
As part of PlayNHRA, NHRA’s partnerships with leading sports books and fantasy sports providers will enable fans to sign up for free and legally wager on national events and other outcomes in the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series.
